How to cook country chicken karhai gosht masaladar

Karahi is most famous amongst all curries of Pakistan and very easy to make. The ingredients of the karahi Authentic karahi doesn't have onions. Authentic chicken karahi is made in ghee but as an alternative we used cooking oil, with main ingredients of meat, tomatoes, ginger-garlic . Stir-frying is an important factor in making karahi. Karahi is a tomato-based curry with very few spices like ginger, garlic, green chilies, cumin, coriander, and pepper. It is usually made of lamb or chicken. Traditionally,  karhai meat is cooked in a heavy, often cast-iron pan that’s similar to a wok. Freshly ground black pepper is an essential finishing touch and helps bring together the beautiful depth of flavors.
