Haleem recipe
Haleem is basically a combination of meat with bones, lentils, wheat, and barley cooked with spices on low heat and blend coarsely that makes a delicious combination to eat. It's a best recipe that you can eat with a spoon. In some region people also like to eat it with naan even some enjoy with rice. It's a famous dish in Pakistan, India, Middle East, Central Asia, and other countries where in Indian Pakistani Bangladeshi people are living.

PROCEDURE
Preparation :
Cook Lentils/Daals Ingredients.
Daal chana = 1 cup
Masoor Dal = ½ Cup
Moong Daal = ½ Cup
Maash Daal = ½ Cup
Wheat grains= ½ Cup
Barley grains= ½ Cup
Spices;
Red chilli powder = 1tsp
Turmeric powder = 1tsp
Coriander powder= 1tsp
Salt = 1tsp
Water = 2 jugs or require to tender
Ingredients for meat qurma
Meat with bones = 1kg
Vinegar = 2 tsp
Onion slices = 1 big size
Ginger-garlic crushed = 1tsp
Cooking oil = 4- 6 tbsp
Spices whole :
Cumin seeds = 1tsp
Green cardamom = 3
Black cardamom = 2
Star anise = 2
Black pepper = 10
cinnamon stick = 1 inch piece
Bay leaves = 1
Qurma masala mix powder = 2 tsp
Red chilli powder = 1tsp
Turmeric powder = 1tsp
Coriander powder = 1tsp
Salt = 1tsp
Water = 2- 3 glass or to tender the meat.
